ABOUT US

Kittrell & Associates is an award-winning design firm specializing in designs for new custom homes, remodeling and renovations. Projects have ranged in size from 2,700 to 11,000 square feet.

Principal Chris Kittrell is a Certified Interior Designer, Allied Member ASID, and has a BA in Art Education, an MBA, and and AA in Interior Design. Chris is a professor of design at Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA teaching both Certificate and Masters in Design courses.

The firm has won awards for excellence in Kitchen Design, Home Office Design and Home of the Year under 3,500 square feet.

In 2011, we completed a major remodel of our home, which included three bathrooms, a powder room and the kitchen. We had worked with Chris before and contacted her again to help us with this new project. We explained to her what we wanted to have done within a certain budget and time frame. She helped us get organized, select materials and a color theme throughout the house. Chris has a keen eye for space planning and is a very creative designer. She was able to maximize the existing space without changing the footprint of the house. She managed to put together for us functional, yet elegant bathrooms. It feels like having our own spa at home.
Chris also acted as our project manager, when we did the renovations with Del Sol Construction. She is very thorough in everything she does and pays attention to details. Under her guidance and expertise, we managed to stay within our budget and she even found for us quality materials that were less expensive than originally estimated. Our kitchen is gorgeous and looks twice as large as before. Chris knows how to perfectly coordinate materials and colors. Everything flows beautifully from room to room. Overall, we are very happy with all our renovations. It is like being in a new home without the cost and hassle of moving!
